DISSOLUTION OF CABINET. United Peeus Association. London, December 27. Reuter reports from Teheran that the Cabinet has fallen, and that Fermau Firma has been appointed Premier. This is a great diplomatic victory for the Allies. DEFEAT OF TURCO-CERMAN FORCE. (Received 10.10 a.m.) Petrograd, December 27. A communique states: Midway between Teheran and Hamadan we defeated a Turco-German force of several thousands, including rebellious Persian gendarmes. The enemy lost several positions. Many were killed and wounded, and then the others fled.
