The inset circulated in to-day's issue by the Melbourne Ltd.. should be of great assistance to Christmas shoppers. The lines advertised are all useful, and the prices remarkably low. The bargain list should go a long way towards solving the now absorbing problem of what to give "him" or "her." At T. Lamason's Saturday sale. special lines of poultry will be sold, this being the firm's Christmas Saturday for poultry. There will aho be offered on behalf of Mr .1. K. Stone. his valuable stock of jewellery, E.P. ware. etc.. which will be offered punctually at 12 o'clock.
