FORD'S PEACE SHIP. BOARDSHIP AMENITIES. United Press Association. London, December 14. Quarrels have occurred aboard Ford's peace ship. Nine of the party refused to sign a manifesto denouncing President Wilson's policy of preparedness. Mr Ford, although he himself signed it, refused the majority's suggestion that those not signing oufht to be unloaded at the first port.
