GERMANS WINTER QUARTER.
COMFORTS NEAR DVINSK, , > United Paisa Association. (Received 11 a.m.) Petrograd, December 14. The Germans have decided to winter at Dvinsk with a view to a certain degree of comfort, inasmuch as they have sacrificed, without fighting, advanced positions for more convenient trenches. A great number of blockhouses, fitted with winter comforts, are being erected near the German armies.
