FROM THE BLACK SEA. United Pbess Association. Bucharest, December 13. A story of the Black Sea engagement says that the Russians torpedoed and damagecTTlie Goeben, and sank the gunboats Bourakreis and Malatia, also a submarine. ON THE BELGIAN COAST. Paris, December 13. A British cargo boat ran ashore on the Belgian coast. German seaplanes tried to sink her with bombs, but the Allies’ aeroplanes routed them. French torpedo-boats towed off the cargo vessel under fire of a German battery. TURKISH TRANSPORT SUNK. London, December 13. A Turkish transport of 8000 tons has been submarined in the Sea of Marmora. Athens, December 13. It is reported at Constantinople that the transport Hechid Pasha was sunk near Silivria, in the Sea of Marmora, by a French submarine. It is stated that only seven transports are left, the others having been submarined.
