IN BANKRUPTCY.
CHARLES F. LEATHEM. A mooting of creditors iu the bankrupt estate of Charles Francis Leathern, share milker, of Opimake, was held in the Courthouse, Stratford, on Saturday, Mr J. B. Richards, Deputy .Official Assignee, presiding. Bank- . rupt was represented by Mr E. Mar- | shall, solicitor, Opunakc. Bankrupt, in his sworn statement, [said his total liabilities were £l2O 0s 2d, and his assets nil. In 1913 he was i a share milker in the employ of Mr T. Itidd, Waipuku, and from there he went as a share milker to Mr Geo. Mann's, and later in the same capacity was employed by Mr J. M. Hickey, of Opunakc. Bankrupt offered to pay a sum equal to I.os in the £ on all approved accepted claims in instalments of £5 per month. The offer was accepted.
