SENTENCED TO DEATH.
JEALOUS WOMAN’S CRIME. United Press Association. (Received 9 a.m.) Melbourne, November 19. Maria Black has been sentenced to death for the murder of Mrs Weston. Tlie particulars 'of the crime were that Mrs Mabel • Weston was shot dead, and -Miss Black was arrested for murdering her. Miss Black told the police that deceased was trying to estrange jier from a man named Piniizack. She went to Weston’s house and saw her and Pinnzack lunching together, but what subsequently happened was a blank.
