Mr Louis Loebel, city immigration officer at Cleveland, announces that he possesses proofs that the Austro-Hun-garian , embassy fomented the strike at Cleveland factories engaged in supplying, munitions, to the'Allies. Lieutenant Fay pleaded guilty, hoping to evScape with a light sentence, but when informed that the minimum penalty was twelve years he withdrew his plea.
