Owing to the British bombardment, the Germans are unable ' to dredge Zeebrugge harbor, which, therefore, has become choked. VIGOROUS ARTILLERY DUELS, London. November 11. A Paris communique mentions that there are vigorous, artillery duels on the West front, especially near Bolsingle, where the French destroyed a steam-mill and silenced enemy batteries.
