THE DECISIVE STRUGGLE. r"~ ALLIES’ CHEERFUL OUTLOOK. United Press Association. (Received 1 a.m.) London, November 11. Mr Buchan, lecturing, said he believed the decisive struggle would be in the West, where the Allies have completely recovered the initiative and have broken down some of the enemy’s strongest defences. The spectre of diminishing man-power was drawing nearer in Germany. Mr Stephen Graham said the Russians’ new armies of three million were sufficient to turn the scales in the Spring.
