The State Premier bas constructed a Ministry. Messrs Murray, MacKinnon, Urysdale, .Brown, und Gray retired, and Messrs iUacLeod, MoeKnzie, McCutcheon and liobinson are the now Ministers. Mr Peacock is Premier and Treasurer; Mr Hagelthoru, -Agriculture; Mr MacLeod, Cinef Secretary and Health; Mr Lawson, At-torney-General and Education; Mr Hutcninson, Lands; Mr McJienzie, Jiaiiways; Mr Livingstone, Mines and Forests; Mr Adamson, Public Works; Messrs Baillieu, Membrey, McCutcheon, and iiobinson, honorary members. Sydney, November 10. In the Assembly Mr Grabani stated that the State's wheat pool would not interfere with the Government guaranteed price of 4s per busbel. , (Beceived 9.0 a.m.) Sydney, November 10. The Cabinet decided on Mr Black's recommendation to build ouo wooden and six steel trawlers costing £IOO,000 and open numerous hshshops. The building of the boats will be undertaken immediately. The Cabinet approved of the soldiers' beer-garden scheme, and also decided to establish a dry canteen in Hyde Park. The former will be eonucted by the citizeus committee and the latter by the City Council.
