Sydney, October 23. The Premier's attention bus been drawn to further evidence of a secret propaganda in the distribution of circulars, apparently emanating from German sources through America alleging British atrocities after the Indian Mutiny, and British and Russian atrocities in Persia. The pamphlet adds that India is now at war with England, and that the. Nationalists are waging guerilla warfare to emancipate, themselves, as they hated the British yoke. The circular is illustrated with obviously faked photographs. Sydney, October 2e. The carpenters and bricklayers at the 1 Jverpool Camp are resuming work. The Jewish community have established a fund for the relief of Jews-in the Russian war zone. Mr Black states that with reference to the insidious circulars alleging Anglo-Russian atrocities he had given information to the postal authorities enabling them to detect and prevent delivery.
