The Electrical Supply Company has requested that a water channel be made from Cloton Road to river to prevent a recurrence of the blockage which took place at the Swansea Road culvert. Mr Sullivan has been asked to report on the cost of the suggested work.
Complaints have reached the office that vehicles are being allowed to remain standing in Rosalind Street and the Town Clerk has written to the person responsible giving him notice to have them removed.
The paths in Broadway Central are occasionally partially blocked to traffic owing to business people again allowing cases of goods to remain thereon for indefinite periods, and your Committee recommend that the Inspector take the necessary steps to keep the paths clear.
