Andrew Topping, formerly a dairyman at Ashlnirton. entered the District Health Office in the City yesterday and threatened to shoot the Health Officer. Dr. Chesson. Die defendant was bound over to keep th e peace for twelve months and I ordered to tind sureties for £IOO.
