Messrs Malone and King have been appointed solicitors at Stratford to the .State, Advances Office.!' The death occurred afc New Plymouth this morning of Mis J. Ward, mother, of Mr Sidney Ward, of Stratf(jrd J . - Mrs Ward has been iiiling for some time and the news of h< r death was. not unexpected. .Mrs Ward is a relict of the late J. Ward and leaves a grown-up family of si\ daughters and three sons to mourn her,loss.
