THE PAPUAN COUNCIL.
United Press Association. (Received 9.30 a.m.) Melbourne, September 10. Mr Mahon announces that the tariff schedule which' lias been adopted by the Papuan Council provides for the abolition ol fuel oil, a reduction of the kerosene duty to threepence per gallon. Jfeer, spirits, and wine duties have been increased. j
