The Anglo-French mission to the United States, in connection with the American exchange, has sailed. It consists of Lord Reading, Mr Edward H. Halden, Mr Babington Smith) and Mr B. Bkckett. The French representatives are M.M. Octave Homberg and Ernest Mallet. American exchange i s steadier, and there are small transactions at 4 dollars 69 cents.
