Mr F. Norcross has taken over the A.W.R. .Milking Machine Co's. late premises, and intends converting them into a first-class garage. Mr Norcross ■ has been lately employed in Mr Donald's garage, and is well known to the public.
A New Plymouth Press Association telegram states that Keith and White, the two men arrested in connection with the sensational burglaries at Eltham, were brought before the Court this morning and remanded to Eltham next Tuesday.

Mr Fred Foley, of His Majesty's Tho■■Va'tre.. will occupy the whole of the second half of the programme with his magical ventriloqual and shadowgraph entertainment as conducted by him throughout Australia, China, and ln«Ji«. The Town Hall, where the entertainment is to be held, is being given free of charge by Mr Foley.
