DIPLOMA DAY. United Press Association. (Received i 8.5.3 a.m.) Amsterdam, August 27. The Cologne Gazette estimates that lour thousand Iron Crosses of the first class were bestowed, forty-seven going to Princes. 222 to Generals, three thousand to officers, only eighty-seven to men. Ninety-eight went to the navy, mostly to Admirals and high Commanders and Princes.
