Tlic Women's Commonwealth Patriotic Association passed a resolution plodgin gthemselves to assist Australian manufacture by not buying enemy goods. They also approved ol the registration of women for national service, and. if need be. compulsory service, and decided to bold a Housekeepers' Conference For the purpose of advocating thrift.
