NATIONAL LABOR CONFERENCE.

The National Labour Conference appeals to the international proletariat to demand compulsory arbitration, the suppression of secret diplomacy and the cessation of competitive armaments. The conference approves of the American suggestion for an international lahou^conference at the same place and date as the diplomatists’ peace conference.
