Tile Berliner Tagehlutt characterises the National Liberal Party’s resolution as a grievous offence against the General Staff, and the Imperial authorities have issued an order prohibiting as premature any discussion on the aims of the war.
The paper censures Basserman and others for the attacks on Chancellor Von Bethmanu-Hollweg.
