THE LUSITANIA AFFAIR. GERMANY IGNORE LAST NOTE. United Press Association. (Received 8.45 a.m.) • London, August 10. The Daily News says: There is some concern in Washington Over Germany's delay in answering the last Lusitania Note, if Germany ignores the subject, the German Ambassador will be instructed to declare that Washington stands by her position and will take unfriendly notice of further acts of submarine violence.
