■ BULGARIA’S FINANCE, United Presp 'Association. Athens, August 7. Out of the Bulgarian loan sixty million pounds will be devoted to pay-J ing off previous and sixty million represents her indebtedness to France, which has been taken over by the bank. The German Government .is placing an embargo against this payment. Bulgaria receives the remainder of the loan in cash. ROUMANIAN FRIENDLINESS. United Press Association. Amsterdam;* August 7. Though attempting to belittle the importance of Roumania’s attitude, in view of recent attempts, German newspapers are showing greater irri-j tation, declaring that England’s influence is beginning to bear the desired fruit. Count Eeventlow, in the Tages Zeitung says that Roumania’s embargo on the transport of munitions to Turkey is less significant now, as Turkey is able to make what are neces- . sary.
