NOTTINGHAM LACE-MAKERS' LOSS.

SATISFACTORY COAL OUTPUT. (Received 8.50 a.m.) London, August 8. The coal output nini Northern England has been satisfactory* since Mr Lloyd George’s appeal. Twenty-five per cent, enlisted, nevertheless the output amounts to 452,000 tons weekly, compared to 093,000 during the corresponding period of 1914.
