ITALIAN CO-OPERATION.

An Ftalian officer has arrived at British headquarters in the Mediterranean to concert measures for Italy's military and naval co-operation at thoi Dardanelles. King George, and President Poincare exchanged, messages, affirming the Allies' .solidarity and dotormination to continue, the war until victory is assured. The Clown Prince resumed his effort to reach the Verdun-Chalons railway, both in the Argonne and on the heights of the .Meuse and the Woe vre plain. Nothing was accomplished, despite the prodigal use of asphyxiating gas and burning liquids.
