TROUBLE IN TURKEY.

The Salonicn correspondent of the Correspondent says that a grave difference of opinion lias arisen between Fnver Pasha and the other Ministers over the treatment of Bulgaria. Enver Pasha threatened to throw the country into civil war, using it as a coup d'etat if necessary, and possibly would end by proclaiming himself Sultan.
TURCO-BULCARIAN AGREEMENT
Athens, August 1
Greece lias not yet received confirmation of the Turco,-Bulgarian agreement. The Bulgarian Minister derides, the idea that Bulgaria, with so little gain therefrom, would limit its future political action in the war. It is a curious fact, however, licit upon the day Sofia announced the news. M. Hadoshivof said, at a reception to foreign .Ministers, that Bulgaria would probably have to forcibly take possession of the Dedeagatch railway.
