SUBMARINE VICTIMS. United Press Association. (Received 9.40 a.ra.) Loudon, July 30. A submarine sunk the Young Percy. The crew were saved. London, July 30. The Swedish brig For tun a was submarined and her crew sent to Cuxhaven.

The inquiry into the sinking of ttie Yogi 11 shows that the submarine, after examination, allowed the vessel to proceed. Later, seven large German torpedoers stopped the Nogill, and after two hours conference, the officers decided to blow her up. because the cargo was relative to contraband.
