Captain Taylor, "became suspicious and chang- .• ed the Orduna’s course. The white stream of a torpedo was then seen, and it passed twenty yards astern. The submarine opened fire twenty minutes later. Captain Taylor constantly swerved, keeping the liner’s stern towards the submarine. . riTfrgmrM
