ANOTHER GERMAN SUBMARINE ACCOUNTED FOR.

(Received 9.35 a.m.) Athens, July Hi. Advices from Varna state that the .Russians sank Usl in the Black Sea.

Submarines of the Usl class are the very latest type. No particulars are available, but the U 36 has a displacement of about 900 tons, the surface speed being 18 knots. The armament consists of four torpedo tubes and two quick-firing guns. The Usl is probably of the same description, but more up-to-date and improved.
