TWENTIETH ANNUAL REPORT.

The following annual report will be placed before Shareholders at the general meeting in the Midhirst Hall on the 20th inst., commencing at 12.30 o'clock.

The following figures show the working results: — Season 1913-14—Milk received 38,028,900, average test 4.0, lbs. fat 1,520.548. butter made 1,791,614, lbs

milk to lbs butter 21.22, over-run 17.52. Season 1914-15—Milk received '39,144,(511, average test 4.0, lbs fat 1,579,811, butter made 1.864,483, 11., milk to lbs butter 20.09, over-run iIS.O.

The Balance-sheet shows a surplus of £18,040 3s 9d, which will suflice to make a further payment of 2§d over the whole of the butter-fat for the season., The suppliers will then have been paid at the following rates:— August 14fd, September to April (inclusive) 14kl. .May 163 d. Number of suppliers 200. Average payment for season 14-40 d. Cost of manufacture .92d.

I The following Directors retire by rotation, and are eligible for re-election : '—Messrs P. Keightley, P. J. Petersen, and Angus Wright. Nominations for vacancies on the Board must be in the hands of the Secretary not later than 12 o'clock noon on Saturday, 17th July. 1915.

You will be required to appoint an Auditor in place of Mr T. H. Penn. who again offers his services.
