FIRE.
A CHRISTCHURCH OUTBREAK. Per Press Association. Christchureh, July 15. A fire last night caused considerable damage in a two-storey building in Leithheld Street, owned by K. F. England. Flames swept the top floor used as a soft-goods warehouse by Archibald Clark and Sons, Ltd., and completely destroyed the huge stock insured tor £ISOO in the New Zealanad Office and £ISOO in the South British. The stock on the ground floor, which was owned by Ford and Mirams, was also damaged.
