The Otago and Southland millers yesterday decided to reduce the price of flour, the former by % per ton and the ltter by 10s. The Press Association says it is understood that some of the northern millers secured substantial stocks of wheat at comparatively low rates early in the season, and have now commenced cutting tactics in the local markets, thereby a reduction in prices^
