Armstrong, K, Keeler, N. Cleland, 1). Davis; auditor, Mr 11. G. Fawkner. The balance-sheet showed a credit lalunuce of £ll 17s -Id, but against this were liabilities amounting to £5
The matches for the season were .managed as follows: .July 3. Wiianga v. Strathmore, at tVhanga (result 13 to 5 in favor of the timer). July 10.—Whanga v. Toko, at Toko. July 17.—Toko v. Strathmore, at Strathmore. The second fixtures, commencing on July 24, is as follows: Whanga v. Strathmore,< at .Strathmore. July 31—Toko v. Whanga, at Whanga. August 7.—Toko v. Strathmore, at Toko. The protest against Marti* for playng on July 3 for Whanga was considered by the sub-Union on Tuesday afternoon and was eventually dismiss:d.
