CAPITOL BUILDINGS DAMAGED. United Press Association. Washington. July 3. An explosion wrecked the ' Senate; wing of the' Capitol Buildings. A letter received in a newspaper office the previous evening, signed it, Pearce, foretold the outrage. | No one. was injured.
