THE RECRUITING CAMPAIGN.

In the House Mr Fisher, in reply to suggestions as to pushing the recruiting campaign, said that if the Parties were agreeable they could pair, and thus allow some of the members to assist the recruiting without interfering with their Parliamentary work.
