The suspension of the Deutsche 'Pages Zeitung, in conscquqence of its attack on the Chancellor, is a more serious matter than was at first thought. The naval party, headed by Admiral von Tirpitz, was credited with a plot to turn out the Government, which would lie replaced bymore Bismarckiaii men, and form the biggest schism possible in 1 the Cabinet.
