TWO AUSTRIAN REVERSES.
Tijeb and Sydney Sun Service, (Received 8.0 a.m.) London, June 25, The Italians have captured the positions defending Malborghetto. During the fighting at Gorezia, thirty thousand Austrians debouched in a forest at Tarno and marched upon the Italian positions, but a large force of Italians, who had concealed themselves in the wood, with terrific machine-gun lire, repelled the attack.

In the region of Tyrol and Trentino, action continues methodically, the Italian artillery maintaining longrange fire along the whole front, and securing some success. In Carnia, there is intense artillery fire, especially against Malborghetto. I lie Italians have extended their positions towards the north Montenero zone. Along the fsoiizo, positions were captured and further consolidated. Ziofna, North Plava, and the borders ol the plateau between Sagrado and Monfalcone were occupied.
