SOME PRESS COMMENT.
[Timm and Sydney Bun Rievioi. (Received 8.0 a.m.) London, June 25. It has been suggested that the South African Union should send a contingent to Europe.. The Ousland declares that the debt incurred over the rest of the African campaign will prohibit this. Tire Cape Argus insists it is possible to devise taxation together with voluntary effort to raise the necessary funds.
