BRILLIANT RUSSIAN CHARGE. GERMAN RECIMENT ANNIHILATED. Onitto Pbih a«sooi*tiow. (Received 9.45 a n ) Pot rostra, June 20. Official.—The battle of Lubackzoiw on June 15th included a brilliantly bold attack of the Russian cavalry upon the German infantry, wherein the whole of the ninety-first German regiment was annihilated and spersed. This attack produced 8 panic which temporarily stopped the German advance. The enemy'i vanguards attempted to break through the Setter? at Groek Lake, but were '•euiised. Fighting continues with considerable of the enemy forces who crossed the I)ileister below Liaiow. All attempts to advance beyond the steep hanks en the 17th and 18th June were reprised. THE BALKAN STATES. CERMANY TRYING TO IMPRESS THEM. (Recei%'ed 9i4 a.m.) London, June 20. The Observer's Petrograd correspondent says the object of the Leniberg attack is to impress Roumania and Bulgaria, the German staff regarding the position in Gallipoli as stalemate, neither side being able to use more men within the space, and the only danger is if Roumania or Bulgaria intervene.
