SUBMARINE VICTIMS. IN ST. GEORGE'S CHANNEL. fPxrTTW r«HB« '.BBOOJUnOH. J (Received 10.25 a.m.) London, June 17. A submarine exploded the Booth-line steamer Trafford on the coast of Pembrokeshire. The Tafford .sank, but the crew were saved. ENGLISH COLLIER TORPEDOED. (Received 9.15 a.m.) London, June 17. The steamer Strathnairn, from Cardiff to Archangel with coal, was torpedoed without warning off the south Bishops. The second mate and ten Chinese landed at Milford Haven. It is feared the captain and twenty-two of the crew were drowned. TURKISH CRUISER DAMAGED.
(Received 9.0 a.m.) Petrograd, -June 17. Le Temps' Petrograd correspondent says the Russian squadron severely damaged the Turkish cruiser 'iamcdieh. DANISH STEAM3K SUNK. (Received 9.0 a.m.) Copenhagen, June 17. The Copenhagen steamer Kokos timber-laden and bound for Leith, was sunk by a submarine in the North Sea. Her crew was saved. GERMAN PIRATES. STILL MURDERING FISHERMEN. (Received 0.0 a.m.) London, June 17. The Petrel, the Explorer and the Japoniea, trawlers, of Aberdeen, have been sunk by .submarines.
