H.M. THEATRE. A very fair attendance witnessed the new programme ol pictures screened at Bernard’s last night. The s.ries presented were all capital studies. •‘California Round Up” is a most oxciting film. Amidst the vast thousands that visited the great display on America’s gala day, the agenuine cowboys and girls surpassed anything ever seen in riding the wildest ol horse fiesli, bulls, and bulldozing steers. The Pathe War Gazette is 'chock-full of doings at the front. Tojnight this bill will be shown lor the last time. To-morrow (Friday evening) the famous Selig wild animal drama will be screened, entitled, “In Tune with the Wild.” r lbo film has a strong plot, and introduces a lost millionaire hunter, who has become a wild man of the jungle, living amongst lions, tigers, leopards, etc. Most exciting episodes occur jthroughout, even to the shooting of the denizins of the forest. Other films 'are: “The Latest War Graphic,” “When Kings were Law” (drama), “The New Stenograpaher” (.comedy), “Witfles’ Sad Mistake” (comedy), “Through Brandenben” (scenic).
