PERSONAL.
Trooper Rupert Xicbolls, one of the family of Xicbolls of inglewood, who went to the Dardanelles, whs somewhat badly wounded. The last mail brought a letter from him stating that the wound was a compound fracture of the thigh, occasioned by two bullets, one being explosive and the other and ordinary bullet. It was not expected that he would be able to leave the hospital at Cairo, where be now lies, until at least three months, when be expects to be shipped home under crutches. Friends will wish "Rupe" a speedy convalescence.
