OUTBREAK IN DUNEDIN. j I’kr Press Association. Dunedin, Juno 11. : A lire broke out in Sievwright, Jaines, and Nichols, solicitois build" dies, in Lower High Street, last night. It is estimated the damage to the buildings is CGOO. The insurances amount to .CooOO. Heuben Hart, outiitter, on the ground Hour, was the principal sull'erer. He was insured for £SOO, but he estimates his damage as £SOO in excels of that amount. The origin of the lire is uncertain, but, possibly, it occurred in the lavatory used by various tenants or in an adjoining storeroom and shed by Hart.
