BUTTER AND CHEESE. Unitid Prjcm Association. (Received 11.52 a.m.) London, June 10. Butter is slightly weaker on good supplies. Siberian, whereof the best is selling at about 130 s, and Colonnul is nominally unchanged. In the absence of supplies cheese is quieter. The Government buying has been temporarily suspended. New Zealand is quoted at 98s. NEWTON KING’S HAYMARKET REPORT. I had a fair penning of pigs for my Hayrnarket sale on Saturday last. There was a fair attendance of farmers, and prices ruling were on a par with ray last sale. I quote as follows: Slips and weaners from 2s Gd to 14s, small stores 18s Gd to £1 2s, medium 'ditto £2 ss, sows £3 10s, plough £3. T. LAMASON’S WEEKLY REPORT Last Saturday our usual sale took place, when the various lines submitted for auction met with fair competition. We quote as follows;—Hens Is to Is lOd, roosters Is 9d to 2s, ducks Is lOd to 2s 3d, pullets Is Sd to 3s, geese 3s each, cauliflowers-2s Gd to 3s Gd per do/., 5s per sack, cabbage 2s per do/., carrots (small) 2s 3d, potatoes 7s per cwt, onions Gs 3d per bag, pumpkins 5s Gd to 6s, apples 3s to 7s per case, pears 3s to 3s Gd. f urniture and sundries at usual auction rates.
