SMUGGLING CHINESE. Uniter Preei Association, (Received 11.30 a.m.j Melbourne, June 11. In connection with the alleged smuggling of Chinese into the Commonwealth, two officers have been despatched to other States to search for new arrivals. Ten stowaways who were recently discovered on a vessel arriving at Brisbane from China were ordered to be sent back to China by the next vessel. It is stated that smugglers charge the Chinese £l4O per man.
