(Received 9.50 a.m.) Paris, June 7. Official.—The French minelayer Casablanca was mined at the entrance to a bay in the Aegean Sea. The British picked up the captain, one officer, and sixty-four men. Possibly other survivors landed and were taken prisoners by the Turks. GERMANY PAYS COMPENSATION. (Received 9.20 a.m.) Loudon, June 8. Germany has agreed to compensate the owners of the Ellis Pontos.
