AN INCENDIARY FIRE.
SUSPICIOUS IN AUCKLAND. Feb Pkesb Association. Auckland, June 1. A fire at the rear of St. James' Hall, Wellington Street, at one o'clock this morning was suppressed after slight damage was done. There were evidences of incendiarism, the Igas jet in the lavatory having been turned on and a piece of piping attached so as to direct the flame on to the woodwork.
