LIQUOR RESTRICTIONS. United Perm Association. (Received 11.15 a.m.) Melbourne, -May 21. A Bfll restricting the hours of sale of liquor provides for severe penalties for drunkenness. For the first offence, the accused will be liable for fourteen days’ imprisonment; for second, one month; for the third, a fine of £lO, or three months; for any subsequent offence, a fine of £2O or six months. Women offenders may be sent to a icformatory. MURDER AND SUICIDE. At the inquest on the -Morrisons, a Verdict was returned that Mrs Morrison and her son were wilfully murdered by Daniel Mclntosh, who, while in a demented state, fired the house and then committed' suicide.
