President Wilson, reviewing the American fleet, said America wanted no man’s territory and questioned no other nation’s honor. America stood for humanity and for the things humanity wanted. America’s force was the force of moral and principle, and nothing else existed for which she should contend. PUBLISHED IN BERLIN. (Received 11.50 a.m.) Amsterdam, May 18.
